I'm getting ready to fly to Minnesota today. It's pretty darn cold in the Chicago to area today, but I think it might be a little colder up north. Brrrr! I can't wait. I will be up there all week on business.
Last night I watched an interesting show - Iron Chef America. Last night they pitted Rick Bayless against Bobby Flay. Two of my favorite chefs. The secret ingredient was Buffalo meat. Both chefs were fantastic! Bobby Flay won by 1 point. I was impressed by both chefs 5 creations, I wish I was there to taste them.
