Beautiful Sunday

Sunday was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect. I woke up and made German style fried potatoes and eggs for breaksfast. To make the potatoes:
  • Take 4-5 medium potatoes and slice them very thin like potato chips
  • Slice one medium onion.
  • Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a 12 inch skillet and add the potatoes and onion.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cut 1/2 stick of butter into equal parts and place on top of potato and onion mixture
  • Cover and let cook for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes
  • WARNING - not recommended for heart patients or people on a diet ;-)

Helped my neighbor with her upstairs window. It leaks, so I ran a bead of silicone all around the edge. I how that takes care of it.

Ate lunch at White Castle.

We then proceeded to Sam's Club for provisions before moving on to Woodman's for weekly grocery shopping. Grabbed some sushi for dinner from Woodman's.

Crashed in front of the tv for the night and watched:

Extreme Makeover Home Edition

Desperate Housewives

The Surreal Life

Scare Tactics
